Stas Smirnov

Senior Executive & Digital Transformation Leader 13+ years in senior management, leading with data, clear direction and hands-on guidance

Leading things to success. Turning dreams into reality.

Father of two, car enthusiast, technologist, and passionate about moving things forward.

A good organization is built from people who understand what is expected of them, managers who lead from the field, and systems that save work instead of adding to it.

That is what more than 13 years of senior management in service, sales leadership, branches and technology have left me with. I work alongside the team, driven by data, set clear targets and measure them every day.

Creating added value

Service at the center, differentiation from competitors and real value, as I did in every area I managed.

From the field to the boardroom

I started in customer service and public inquiries, where you learn every business from the ground up: what the customer really asks for, where the process breaks and what it costs the organization. From there I grew into managing wings, divisions and a group.

A wide range of sectors

Rentals, leasing, financing, rentals abroad, new and used car sales, retail, and also an IT and security integration company. This breadth gives me a wide perspective on organizations.

Decisions by data

Every move starts with data: reports, SLA metrics and ongoing control, and only then procedures and decisions. That is how I set targets that can be measured and met.
